We are seeking a Digital Process Optimisation Specialist to design, build and run automated workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate and Azure SQL, integrating bi-directionally with NetSuite via APIs. You'll streamline manual processes with secure, scalable, well-governed automations that shorten cycle times, improve data quality and give stakeholders real-time insight.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Design and build automated workflows in Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps; map current processes, translate requirements, and create/maintain SQL tables, views, queries and stored procedures. Integrate internal systems with NetSuite via REST/SOAP SuiteTalk APIs, using the right middleware pattern (polling or webhooks) for bi-directional data sync and handling auth, pagination and governance limits. Work with business stakeholders to spot automation opportunities and turn them into technical solutions. Set up CI/CD (Azure DevOps) and environment strategies (dev/UAT/prod); enforce security and compliance (RBAC, Key Vault, audit logging, GDPR). Monitor and optimise automations for performance, reliability and cost; manage throttling, retries and errors; provide troubleshooting support. Document workflows, integration points and technical specs, and create reusable templates/guides. Keep abreast of new Power Platform/Azure features (e.g. AI Builder, Copilot) and drive pilots and best practice improvements.

Requirements



We are looking for a motivated and result-driven individual with the following qualifications:

5+ years designing and delivering cloud-based integrations and workflow automations. Azure Logic Apps and Microsoft Power Automate (cloud & desktop/RPA). Azure SQL / SQL Server (schema design, T-SQL, performance tuning). NetSuite integration via SuiteTalk REST/SOAP APIs. Scripting in JavaScript or Python for custom connectors/Azure Functions/data transforms. DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps/Git) and IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform). Security/compliance: OAuth2, Azure AD, RBAC, Key Vault, audit logging; awareness of GDPR/SOC 2.
