Digital Producer

to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional digital experiences for our clients. This is a full-time remote position perfect for someone looking to gain comprehensive experience across the entire digital production lifecycle in a supportive, innovative environment.

You'll work at the intersection of creativity and technology, helping bring our clients' visions to life whilst developing your skills in cutting-edge AI tools and methodologies. This role offers the perfect blend of technical production, creative content development, and strategic campaign management.

Key Responsibilities



Design and develop responsive websites using modern frameworks and CMS platforms Manage technical infrastructure including hosting, domains, and database administration Create compelling visual and written content for websites, applications, and social channels Develop and maintain brand-consistent design assets and marketing materials Craft effective prompts for various AI tools to generate content, designs, and solutions Design and implement automation workflows to improve efficiency across projects Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms Create and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms Maintain accurate project documentation and client communication records in ClickUp Support sales processes with proposal creation, presentation materials, and follow-up coordination
Skills & Experience

Digital Production



2-3 years experience in web design and development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals) Proficiency with modern CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Contentful, or similar) Understanding of web hosting, domains, SSL certificates, and basic server management Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro) Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and web analytics implementation Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Professional communication skills for client-facing interactions Understanding of basic business processes and administrative workflows Experience with document creation, presentation design, and business correspondence

Content & Creative



Strong visual design skills with an eye for brand consistency and user experience Experience creating content for multiple digital channels and formats Proficiency in image editing, basic video editing, and multimedia content creation Understanding of content strategy, SEO principles, and social media best practices Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail Experience with brand guidelines development and implementation Proficiency with major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies

AI & Automation



Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar) Understanding of prompt engineering and AI content generation best practices Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, or similar) Process mapping and workflow optimisation experience Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and their practical applications

Essential Tools



Design

: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva

Development

: HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript, WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms

AI Tools

Education & Background



Preferred Qualifications



Degree in Digital Marketing, Web Design, Communications, or related field Relevant professional certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) Portfolio demonstrating digital production work, campaigns, and creative projects

Compensation & Benefits



Salary

Success Metrics



First 6 Months



Successfully deliver 3-5 digital production projects from brief to launch Demonstrate proficiency with all core tools and platforms Contribute to at least 2 successful digital marketing campaigns Complete AI productivity training and implement 3 automation workflows Maintain 95%+ accuracy in project documentation and CRM management

Ongoing Performance



Consistent delivery of high-quality digital assets and campaigns Active contribution to process improvement and efficiency initiatives Strong client feedback scores and collaborative team relationships Continuous skill development and adoption of new technologies Support for business development activities and proposal creation
