Role overview
We want to make our Digital Renewals Journey the best possible digital experience. We have significant investment in this team, and have a unique opportunity for someone to play a large part in the success of this journey.
A product manager is a talented professional who understands the digital change process, is commercially-savvy to understand the financial implications of the decisions they make, is a great stakeholder who can work with different stakeholders in different areas, and someone who is motivated by new ideas and delivering genuinely transformational change.
Job detailsManage performance on the area of the renewals journey focused on retaining customers
Own the commercial and customer KPIs that will determine the performance of the journey
Mange regulatory responsibilities associated with the role - for example ensuring relevant consumer duty considerations are considered in the management of journey performance
Mange the change process of initiatives you come up with - whether they are digital, marketing, operational, or something that touches multiple parts of the business
Analyse data to understand trends, impacts, or forecast future performance
Work with experienced product designers to create impactful journeys that improve experiences for our customers
Essential skills/experience:Experience managing digital change
Experience owning a P&L or responsibility for metrics that have significant impact on a companies profitability
Conversion Rate Optimisation/Multi-variate journey testing
Working with a large operation, understanding channel-shift dynamics between digital and other channels
Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably the General Insurance industry.
