The Digital Product Manager sets clear goals and success metrics that support business outcomes. A strong understanding of the market and close collaboration with stakeholders help keep the team aligned with strategic priorities. The role involves managing cross-team dependencies and building partnerships that support delivery. Works with design, engineering and other functions to launch impactful features. Uses insights from users, data and feedback to guide decisions. Ensures delivery stays on track and communicates progress clearly across teams and leadership.

Core Responsibilities:



Define and communicate the product vision, OKRs and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and stakeholder needs. Translate business goals into a clear, prioritised backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria. Use customer feedback, data and experimentation to validate ideas, improve user experience and guide product decisions. Own backlog management and lead agile ceremonies including refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives. Collaborate with UX, engineering, data, architecture, privacy and risk teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Identify and manage dependencies, risks and blockers, working closely with the Scrum Master and other teams. Define the MVP and make trade-offs based on value, feasibility and available resources. Support go-to-market planning, product messaging and customer communication. Champion a customer-first mindset and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Stay informed on market trends, user behaviour and emerging technologies to shape future product opportunities.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in digital product management. Good understanding of digital product development, UX basics, and agile ways of working. Strong ability to use numbers and data to guide decisions and make products better. Proven experience delivering digital solutions that put the customer first and improve their experience. Able to work well with people from different teams and get things done together. Clear verbal and written communication skills; able to explain ideas simply to any audience. Experience helping team members get better at their jobs. Able to plan for the future while also handling daily details. Comfortable working in fast-changing environments.
