Role Overview:


In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of digital production, from assessing the needs of a shoot, carrying out the shoot, compiling the footage, and producing the final edits for web and social applications. You'll be creating engaging, story-driven content for a range of exciting projects, including corporate videos, social media campaigns, and branded content.

Create beautiful story-led content in the digital sphere, from concept through to development.

Demonstrate a high level of creative confidence, energy and enthusiasm to help drive the digital output Taking of briefs, working closely with the team and client to understand the aims and requirements of each project Present your ideas and your work with clarity to the members of your team and the client, at all stages of the project Ability to organise and manage all aspects of a digital job, from brief, concept through to delivery, on both a technical and project management level - taking responsibility for all aspects of their success Able to create layouts and content for all things digital - in motion, interactive or static Structural and Creative Editing - to a high standard - on a wide range of commercial motion projects Curious and open to latest methods and technology within the digital production sphere, adopting when proven Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's workflow and skill set Basic sound/foley design Managing feedback on edits and performing amendments before preparing content for final submission Keeping the companies Job Management System (Teamwork) up to date on a daily basis Being commercially aware of the hours allocated to deliver projects on time and budget Care for equipment, keeping it organised and secure Organise and backing up footage Work across the Adobe Creative Suite

Essential Skills and Experience:



Strong communication skills, with the confidence to contribute at all stages of the creative process. A strong creative flair for editing and designing, with an understanding of structure and storytelling in the digital space. Professional, friendly, and approachable personality. A strong work ethic, organised and thorough with excellent attention to detail. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop). Experience producing digital content following best practices. A performance-driven mindset, shaping the creative process with insight and strategy. Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. Experience in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proactive, with the drive to take initiative and contribute ideas.
