What you will be doing


Ensure all appropriate information is captured and transferred correctly Continually work to achieve completed scanning within customer deadlines to meet customer expectations Preparation of documents, scanning documentation, and ensuring all scanned items are quality checked to ensure the image matches. Build relationships with users and manage their perception and expectations, including resolving immediate/simple operational problems to enhance the customer experience. Responsible for own and others' Health & Safety, operating in and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment to ensure that the work environment is a safe place to work.

You will ideally have


Computer literate Microsoft Excel and Word experience Excellent attention to detail Experience working within a forensic environment is desirable but not essential
