What you'll be doing

Leading end-to-end delivery of large, complex digital and web development projects--from brief to launch.
Acting as a senior partner to clients: shaping scopes, supporting pitches, and deepening long-term relationships.
Working closely with agency leadership to onboard new projects and support growth across the business.
Guiding and motivating Digital Client Managers and freelance specialists.
Owning project commercials--budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring strong profitability across accounts.
Reporting on performance, KPIs and learnings, and identifying opportunities to optimise.

What you'll bring

Expert project management skills across a range of platforms, technologies, and delivery approaches.
Confident leadership--able to inspire internal teams and external partners while managing multiple projects at pace.
? Strong technical grounding: understanding development workflows and CMS platforms (WordPress, Umbraco), and communicating technical detail simply.
Senior-level client management skills, with the ability to build trusted, strategic relationships.
Solid UX and design knowledge, enabling effective collaboration with design teams.
Analytic ability with hands-on experience using GA, GTM, and performance measurement tools.
Fluency with digital tools including Trello, Jira, Confluence, Figma and Adobe XD.
Calm, constructive problem-solving--especially under pressure.
Strong commercial awareness around forecasting, budgeting and profitability.
