What You'll Be Doing:
Respond quickly and professionally to online, live chat, email, and phone enquiries
Create engaging, informative conversations to uncover customer needs
Share information on our amazing vehicles, offers, and services
Qualify leads and book test drives or appointments for the sales team
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Follow up with interested customers to keep the journey moving
Collaborate closely with our sales execs to turn interest into happy handovers
Who We're Looking For:
A people person with quality written and verbal communication
Friendly, confident, and professional across digital channels like email, SMS and chat
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms
A self-starter with a proactive attitude and team spirit
Experience in digital customer service, online sales support, or similar roles.

Salary
Competitive plus uncapped commission scheme
Hours
5 days per week covering Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Sundays 10.00am to 4.00pm
