Digital Sales Tools Specialist
, based at our
Ashby
site. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how we work and play a key part in our ongoing digital transformation. You'll be the bridge between our people, processes, and digital platforms - helping us improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and deliver maximum value to our customers and business.
In this role, you will:
Digital Sales Tool Development & Optimisation
Review, develop, and optimise digital platforms and sales tools (e.g. CRM, Bott Toolkit).
Collaborate with internal and external contacts to ensure tools meet company standards.
Work with IT teams to align tools with business needs and integrate systems.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline manual processes.
User Support & Training
Provide day-to-day support for digital sales tool users across departments.
Create and deliver training sessions, guides, and resources to improve tool usage.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Partner with sales, customer service, service partners, and operations to translate needs into digital solutions.
Support the creation of promotional content for internal and external audiences.
Liaise with German colleagues to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
Data & Reporting
Maintain KPIs and improve reporting tools to support decision-making.
Ensure data integrity and assist with analysis to improve performance.
Continuous Improvement
Stay informed about digital and manufacturing technology trends.
Recommend and support adoption of new tools that add value.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience with digital tools in a commercial or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of IT-system configuration, integration, and optimisation.
Confident communicator who can translate technical concepts into plain language.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally, including internationally.
Desirable:
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
Knowledge of ERP, CRM, PIM, and ideally PLM systems.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
German language skills (advantage but not essential).
Working Hours & Location
37 hours per week over 4.5 days (Monday to Friday)
