Position Overview

The Senior Associate Project Manager plays an important tole within Ralph Lauren's EMEA DTC Project Team, supporting small to medium- scale business and technology projects from conception through execution. This role works across the DTC business to manage project delivery, and ensure initiatives are delivered successfully against defined business requirements that support strategic objectives in the EMEA and LATAM regions.



The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business staekholders, 3rd Parties and the Global Product teams to help deliver high-quality consumer experiences across digital channels, driving conversion, retention, brand perception, and overall business growth.



This role requires strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder engagement, cross-functional communication, organisation, and a foundational understanding of eCommerce.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Own the full lifecyle of multiple concurrent small to medium-scale projects, from initiation to delivery and post-implementation review. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, 3rd Parties and technical teams, ensuring business priorities are understood and considered throughout project delivery. Facilitate meetings, including touchpoints and retrospectives; take notes and track actions. Maintain Project documentation, including timelines, dependencies, risk and issue logs, status reports, and UAT plans. Monitor project risks and issues, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place and acted upon, and escalate significant risks or issues to the Senior Programme Manager as needed. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm business requirements are met and issues are logged and resolved before go-live. Ensure post-go-live reviews capture lessons learned and measure project outcomes against defined success metrics. Identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency across processes and projects.




Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

Strong project managment skills, with experience managing and delivering projects. Ability to manage time and priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging business and technical teams. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain project documentation. Foundational understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital business processes. * Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently within the project team.
