Player Ready, a leading name in Alternative Provision approved by 16 Local Authorities across the UK, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Manager for our Exeter (Devon) venue to lead our Alternative Provision and Ofsted registered coding clubs.
Our Exeter venue is one of five Player Ready locations across the South West and our rapidly growing online provision team.
Location: Exeter, Devon
Salary: 14.50 an hour
Hours: Must be able to work weekends and some evenings.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a fun, safe, and educational environment.
Be able to respond to schools, parents and Local Authorities in an articulate and professional manner.
Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic mentors dedicated to tech and gaming both in the Exeter venue and the wider Player Ready organisation.
Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance our services and customer experience.
Lead on our new Post 16 Alternative Provision service starting in September.
The skills and attributes you will have:
Passion for digital skills such as coding, game design, video creation and 3D modelling.
Experience in education and/or mentoring children and/or young people.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A child focused mindset with a flair for creating safe, memorable, positive experiences for the children and young people we support.
An appetite for fun and a good sense of humour!
