The Role
Working closely with key stakeholders around the business and also dealing directly with some of their creative agencies, you will produce visually impactful assets that they will use in their digital advertising, email, organic social, paid media and e-commerce.
You will design with a mobile-first mindset, incorporating motion and interactivity where relevant, being innovative in your approach whilst ensuring brand consistency and attention to detail.
Working within their brand guidelines, but always striving to look at trends and proactively look at ways to improve both the creative look and feel of the website and various pages, as well as creating digital assets across integrated campaigns, social, email and branding.
You will confidently shift across formats and platforms-from animated social ads to landing pages, as well as helping where needed on other general design tasks or amends.
Working closely with the Design Manager, you will contribute to visual ideation for digital-first campaigns, bringing trend-aware, fresh thinking to concept development and execution and also collaborate with their content and social team leads to translate storytelling into compelling visual assets.
You are strong on digital production of assets, preparing artwork for final use: pixel-perfect files for digital or print, export to spec, and package correctly. Maintaining strong file hygiene and managing work within digital asset systems.
This role demands strong visual skills, rapid execution, and the agility to thrive in fast-paced, always-on digital environments.
