Are you passionate about the UK's most treasured landscapes? Do you have a knack for digital storytelling that will engage and inspire others to take action for nature, climate, and people? Do you have a strong track record of managing digital and social media platforms and developing content that inspires and drives engagement and action?

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and practical digital and social media specialist to drive our digital engagement. Reporting to the Head of Communications & Engagement and working with colleagues in the Communications & Engagement Team and across the National Park Authority, you will play a key role in shaping our digital voice.

You will use and grow our web and social media platforms to raise awareness of the UK's newest National Park and inspire those who live, work, and visit here to love, value, and look after this unique landscape as much as we do.

With a proven track record in digital and social media, you will develop and deliver our digital presence, including managing the platforms and the external developers, and create, plan, and source engaging content that will grow both engagement and followers and drive positive action.

You'll know how to make the most of video content, be comfortable developing and feeding into campaigns, and have strong writing and editing skills, as well as a solid knowledge of analytics.

You'll know your way around platforms like WordPress, Mailchimp, Hootsuite and Google Analytics.

You will have the opportunity to work with a range of diverse teams across the organisation, members, volunteers, and partners as you develop and implement a Park-wide digital engagement plan.

This is a busy, exciting, and rewarding role that will suit someone who enjoys working both on their own initiative and as an invaluable part of a lively and busy Communications & Engagement Team.
