Olsen Business Travel providing a full corporate travel service and Fred. Holidays specialising in tailormade holidays in Rail and cruises, as well as Go Cruise and Travel Franchises.

We're looking for a motivated apprentice to join our Digital Solutions team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is keen to learn about Robotic Process Automation (RPA), NoCode/LowCode platforms, and Artificial Intelligence. You'll get hands-on training and help build tools that improve how we work, manage data, and run marketing campaigns.


We are keen to hear from candidates who have strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for technology. It would be advantageous to have a basic understanding of programming and software development, however this is not essential as full training will be provided for the position.


This is an Apprenticeship; the successful candidate will work towards the Digital Support Technician Level 3 qualification which has an estimated course duration of 15 months. This will be a work-based Apprenticeship, therefore there will be no requirement for a day release to college. You will have an allocated Assessor from an Apprenticeship training provider who will visit you in the workplace and provide 1-2-1 training, support, and guidance throughout the course.


This is a Full-Time position based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) Working 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm)
