The Digital Strategy Analyst - Order to Cash is responsible for supporting initiatives across the Tax & Accounting Division.
Under the guidance of the global lead, this position works closely with executive leadership across cross-functional teams to support the strategic plan, financial goals, and operational objectives of the business. The Digital Strategy Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing standardized / best practices for Order to Cash by working closely with the business, Enterprise Architects, and delivery teams. Ensuring global alignment, they will implement end-to-end process and will be responsible for the automation of those processes. To accomplish this, Digital Strategy Analyst will have to develop a deep understanding of the Tax and Accounting (TAA) business and strategies and will need to align and prioritize amongst the other Business Process Managers. The Digital Strategy Analyst will be responsible for TAA Europe (TAAE).Implement standard / best practices for Order to Cash to be used by all TAAE business units/segments, focusing on geographic designation but ensuring alignment with global standards Analyze current Order to Cash processes and gain deep understanding of processes used by each TAAE business unit/segment Anticipates change management needed for evolving business landscape (e.g., new rules/regulations) Provide Standardized/Best practices and acceptable modifications supported by the standard (e.g., step outs) Maintain Standardized/Best practices as Common platforms are enhanced and ensure enhancements are driven by data analysis and impact to the business as a whole Drive cross-functional collaboration and engagement across BUs, Geographies, GBS, and dxg to generate alignment, buy-in, and to identify and implement best practices for Order to Cash Identify change impacts to people, processes, and technology. Develop and execute change management plans in coordination with overall CXP / BPM leader. Understand dependencies from other BPMs and work to coordinate and negotiate necessary enhancements Partner with Technology teams to design and develop solutions to meet divisional business needs, functional specifications / technical development Oversee and ensure successful user acceptance testing, business change management, and training Escalate issues that impact multiple teams or process areas Track milestones and KPIs for Order to Cash Provide regular updates to management - identifying progress, risks, issues, and key decision points Develop communication materials that are targeted to the audience, providing accurate information in a professional and engaging manner Organize and maintain business process documentation repository for Order to Cash Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required. Advance degree preferred.
Required experience:8 years of relevant combined work experience with deep expertise in business process consulting Excellent understanding of business process analysis, optimization, and automation Proven skills in building successful executive relationships with peers, colleagues, and partners Proven record of building and improving finance, accounting and/or operations processes Comfortable and confident in working with the senior most executives of global multi-billion-dollar corporations Experience in operations or systems implementation roles

Desired experience:Familiarity with SAP Familiarity with Salesforce.com CPQ/Billing experience

Ability to lead highly visible programs or initiatives across the organization Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives and work within tight deadlines Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be capable of preparing and presenting complex material to executives and senior management

Travel requirements
Must be able to travel up to approximately 10% of the time including some international travelApplicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
