We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Digital Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT support and technical troubleshooting, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting users with various technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and NHS App as well as navigating patients to the correct pathway.
Duties
Provide technical support both face to face on over the phone for both hardware and software issues across various operating systems and Apps.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Assist users with desktop support tasks, including software installation and updates.
Manage user accounts and permissions and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Maintain documentation of technical processes and user instructions to enhance the knowledge base.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Regularly update the website and social media.
Experience
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in desktop support and technical troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
