The Digital Support Officer role will be first point of contact for the Digital Help Desk, responsible for resolving problems quickly and effectively. The role is focussed on supporting Cobalt Housing Property Services (CHPS) part of the business primarily which is moving into a new building in Villiers Court and growing rapidly but you will also provide support for wider business too
