About the Role




Are you passionate about technology and enjoy helping others? Join our Digital Technologies team as a Digital Support Technician and be the go-to person for IT and AV support across the University. In this role you will:

Provide friendly IT & AV support in person and remotely Set up and maintain devices including PCs, laptops, printers and AV equipment Commissioning and User Acceptance Testing of technology installations Troubleshoot technical issues and assist users Support network and voice patching tasks Create clear support materials and deliver basic user training

So we are seeking someone with


Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, collaboration Tools (MS Teams etc.) and common hardware peripherals Experience of using and maintaining AV equipment used in teaching environments Managing technical assets and routine maintenance plans Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to troubleshoot and follow technical documentation Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
