Comprising: 2-3 days working from home and the balance of the week working from Aztec West (Bristol) office and/or Site based Bridgwater (Somerset) office Status:Contract commencing January 2026 with current approval until 31dec26 (renewable) Contract:ALL-INCLUSIVE and INSIDE IR 35 (PAYE Umbrella or Direct thro' Morson) Reports to:Deputy Head of Logistics Morson Edge are representing a major player in the Energy Sector who have current CONTRACT requirements for motivated Digital Logistics/Systems Specialists to join their established teams. All work is associated with a nationally significant energy infrastructure project currently under construction in Somerset. It's a great time to join the Project as it transitions into it's most dynamic phase yet! Job Purpose / Overview Depending upon where you are placed within the Project team, Digital Logistics/System Specialists could be responsible for ensuring: a. That the delivered items within Logistics Data Compliance are completed correctly at an Operational level by the Data Compliance Team. As a result, errors and deviations will need to be closed out, lessons learnt and incorporated to prevent repeats. b. They are also required to identify next stage projects and assist in their prioritisation in order to ensure that product and project data is properly managed and stored so it does not delay delivery and use on-site. OR c. That the main changes to the key Logistics Data and Digital Programme are delivered at an Operational level. As a result, errors and deviations will need to be closed out, lessons learnt and incorporated to prevent repeats. d. They are also required to identify next stage projects and assist in their prioritisation in order to stop product and project data going into the data non-compliance process, delaying delivery and use on-site and increasing the risk of error and not meeting the Project requirements. Typical Accountabilities
Co-ordinate day to day Logistics Delivery and Despatch Data Compliance at an Operational level of the Data Compliance Team to ensure any discrepancies are minimised and then eliminated from future activities.
Monitoring of the Data Compliance Team numbers and escalate where there are deviations.

Co-ordinate day to day Logistics Data and Delivery Projects at an Operational level to ensure any discrepancies are minimised and then eliminated from future activities.
You will:
Be accountable for ensuring errors are closed out in advance of delivery where identified, or afterwards where not.
Form effective relationships with the other Logistics, Project Managers and Suppliers, Data and Digital Delivery colleagues, helping to champion: clarity, respect, positivity, humility and integrity.
Develop and help implement prioritised plans of next stage work to ensure further reduction of Data Compliance requirements with reduced error levels.
Ensure early intervention to avoid any escalation of Data Compliance issues affecting service delivery by working in the spirit of a 'one team approach'.
