The Digital Tagging and Tracking Manager is a strategic leader who oversees the entire data collection and measurement framework for an organization's digital ecosystem. This position is responsible for defining the long-term tagging strategy, managing the team of specialists, and ensuring data integrity and governance. The manager acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating complex business objectives into a clear, actionable data strategy that empowers data-driven decisions across the company.

Strategic Leadership: Define and own the overall digital tagging and tracking strategy, ensuring it aligns with key business objectives and marketing goals.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Digital Tagging and Tracking Specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Experience with Engagedly desirable but not required.
Data Governance & Quality: Establish and enforce standards for data governance, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing directors, and product teams to gather requirements, communicate progress, and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights.
Architecture & Roadmap: In conjunction with CRXO management - Design and maintain the technical architecture for the tagging system, including the data layer, and develop a long-term roadmap for tracking initiatives.
Vendor & Tool Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external partners and vendors for analytics and tag management tools.
