As a Professional Development Expert you will provide first-class teaching, coaching, mentoring, advice and guidance that meets the aspirations and objectives of our students and their employers. You will be responsible for delivering defined aspects of a degree programme, engaging and inspiring your learners to successfully complete the course, implement their new skills at work and achieve their professional potential.

Person Specification

Experience and Skills:


Essential:

Must have a Master's or PhD in a technology-related discipline Must have industry experience in data or technology roles. Experience delivering training

Desirable:

A teaching/coaching qualification Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the Digital & Technology Solutions Professional degree apprenticeship standard Experience writing degree-level educational/training content Experience of delivering a Degree Apprenticeship or online degree Experience of writing Data and Technology or related Apprenticeship training content Experience writing educational/training content in data & technology modules for undergraduate level 5 and level 6 learners

Understanding the application of various data and technology solutions in real-world contexts, including one or more of the following:

Data Engineering Cloud platforms DevOps Project Management (in a digital context) AI and Machine Learning
