Job Requirements
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant with a strong background in product development, solution design, and implementation excellence. This role is pivotal in driving end-to-end digital transformation initiatives for our clients, enabling them to achieve operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation through the use of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
Ideally candidate would have the following traits

• Prior experience in driving product lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products and services.
• Lead end-to-end digital transformation engagements for engineering customers in Aerospace & Defence--aligning product and service delivery with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in enabling solutions to accelerate programme delivery, reduce cycle?time and rework, improve right?first?time quality, and secure, compliant operations across the engineering value chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Consulting & Strategy

• Partner with clients to understand business challenges
• Consultatively develop a digital strategy to address these business challenges
• Engage the wider Quest global teams and the customer to identify and evaluate opportunities for optimisation through digital technology adoption.
• Develop digital customer engagement and solutions strategy in consultation with client partners.
• Provide thought leadership and advisory on emerging trends and tools.
• Solution Design & Architecture

• Drive innovative, scalable, and secure solutions leveraging modern platforms and tools.
• Implementation & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation of digital solutions, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Establish best practices for integration, testing, and deployment across enterprise environments.
• Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and technical teams.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.
