About The Role
. Develop and implement a digital transformation roadmap aligned with the Company's strategic goals.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects on time, within scope and budget.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, digital trends and innovations to drive business improvement.
Collaborate with business units to understand needs and ensure solutions support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Oversee digital platform implementation.
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of digital initiatives.
Champion a culture of innovation, agility and continuous improvement across the organization.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful delivery of digital solutions.
Facilitate change management efforts, including stakeholder communication, training and support.
Required Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or 5 years experience in a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully leading complex digital initiatives.
Strong knowledge of digital technologies such as cloud services, data analytics, AI, RPA, CRM/ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with agile and/or change management methodologies.
Desired Criteria
Master's degree (e.g. MBA or related field).
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE 2) or change management.
Experience in manufacturing industry digital transformation projects.
