Location:

Non clinical- East London office based- in person (Not Remote working)

Type:

Full-time 42 hours/ week|

Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)

to join our digital service at

Hello Vet. We are

an innovative and tech-driven veterinary company. This isn't your standard nursing role -- you'll be part of building a cutting-edge

digital triage service

that supports and enhances in-clinic care.

Your Role:



Provide remote

triage and clinical advice

to pet owners. Support new clients through their first steps with Hello Vet. Assist with

appointments, referrals

, and

product requests

. Work closely with clinical and client care teams to ensure an exceptional experience. Help improve our

digital workflows and protocols

.

What You Bring:



Qualified

RVN

with strong clinical and communication skills. Passion for

digital innovation

in veterinary care. Calm, organised, and proactive. Able to work both independently and in a collaborative team.
