Position Overview

The Visual Merchandising Intern will collaborate with various teams to manage the product life-cycle and product merchandising on the website. They will ensure that all products are displayed on the site per our flagship standards and help resolve customer-facing issues before they are reported to the contact center. This role is crucial in maintaining flagship standards on the website, and the intern will be familiar with divisional plans, seasonal purchases, and forecasts to make informed merchandising decisions. A detailed-oriented approach and a genuine interest in understanding what motivates customers to make online purchases, balancing brand image and the commercial.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Objectives



Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the funnel by consistently performing site and QC checks across product pages, category pages, cross-sells and more Support in the maintenance and optimisation of product data attribution for seasonal assortment Reporting any key information to the Trading Team Maintain commercial awareness, understanding of key competitors and promotional plans Support in the seasonal execution plan devised in the seasonal playbook plan or as instructed by senior team members and strategic plan

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

Strong Excel skills (Pivot & Vlookup) to manipulate big data sets
An entrepreneurial, career-hungry mindset
Highly organized with a sharp eye for details
Passion to work in a luxury fashion brand.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Positive, "can-do" attitude
Willingness to be flexible and pivot across multiple tasks and priorities as necessary
Proactive, taking initiative for needed improvements and problem-solving
