Digital Web Content Editor - Healthcare - UK - Remote. You must have the Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship is not avaialble for this role)

Experience and Education

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience.
Job summary:

In the EMEA digital team, you will play a key part in building, maintaining, and supporting content across our web platforms including patient websites, healthcare professional websites and ecommerce stores. With over 50 digital platforms to manage this role requires the ability to be hands-on with content editing in our various CMS platforms.

Reporting to the EMEA Websites Manager, you will receive inbound web requests from each of the country marketing teams and need to prioritise the web content backlog. Additionally, you will be capturing new web development business requirements and liaising with IT team to deliver enhancements. You will also identify recommendations on web user experience improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CMS platform in alignment with global and EMEA marketing strategy. Ensuring expert delivery and deployment of changes to the Master Site portfolio, whilst taking ownership and responsibility for maintaining brand standards, CMS policies, templates and regulatory approvals.
  • Assist in identifying and recommending tactical and strategic online initiatives to improve site conversion, customer experience and promote cross sales.
  • Responsible for implementation of all EMEA web content updates, implementation of web pages, landing pages, content, imagery, video, forms and any other content in CMS
  • Review outputs of customer journey reviews to determine and implement opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with SEO Manager on SEO quality assurance items, to be incorporated into the publishing process
  • Manage the on-going development of existing products and support implementation of new products being introduced online.

  • Experience of a variety of web content management systems, including headless CMS
  • Ability to quickly identify and prioritise inbound web content requests, providing clear communication to colleagues and setting expectations on delivery timescales.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects, dealing with internal and external suppliers.
  • Demonstration of strong customer orientation with ability to understand and deliver to customer requirements via the online the channel.
