Job Description

The hours available are cover between Monday/Tuesday. However we are flexible and can offer days / evenings etc. The ideal candidate will have breast ultrasound experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate a

lump

or area of concern found during a physical exam / ultrasound. Differentiate between

solid masses

(e.g., tumors) and

fluid-filled cysts

. Evaluate

breast implants

or post-surgical areas. Monitor

known benign findings

Be able to report on findings Prepare ultrasound equipment and exam rooms ensuring proper sterilisation and safety procedures are followed Perform ultrasound scans on patients in accordance with recognised professional standards Use tools and safety equipment properly to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging Attend additional educational courses and work to advance personal knowledge and experience within the practice Keep competencies documents up to date
Position Requirements

Live in the UK Trained in the UK/Work experience

Pay: 50ph

Expected hours: 7 per week, 14 if prepared to travel to Ballymena clinic
