Your Role and Responsibilities

As the Dining Room Manager, you will be the heart of our dining experience. You will:

Lead Your Team:

Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of servers to deliver top-tier guest service.

Oversee Operations:

Ensure the smooth and efficient running of all dining services, from front-of-house to back-of-house.

Communicate Effectively:

Liaise with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate seamless, twice-daily mealtimes.

Ensure Quality:

Uphold our high standards of hospitality and efficiency, ensuring every guest feels welcome.
Who We're Looking For

We need a natural leader who is passionate about hospitality. The ideal candidate will have:

At least one year of management experience in a hospitality setting. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A team-oriented approach and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
