After an action-packed day, our guests retire to the Knights Village Hotel and Lodges, and are welcomed with our fun-loving personalities, as we focus on creating a truly memorable dining and breakfast experience.
If you've not worked in hospitality before, but you have an energetic and friendly personality, we'd love to hear from you! All training is provided, and you will be supported by your managers and team throughout your training period.
The hourly rates for this role are 12.21 (21+), 10.00 (18-20), and 8.60 (16-17), paid fortnightly.
The hours of work are:
Dinner shift: 4.30pm - 11pm with shorter shifts available on some evenings.
This is a seasonal role running until January 5th, 2026.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Welcoming our guests with your fun loving, confident personality, and making them feel at home whilst they dine with us
Communicating with your team members to ensure food, and drinks, are served in a timely manner
Using your computer skills to process orders through the till, and taking card payments efficiently
Following your food safety training to keep a clean and safe working environment for staff and guests
Putting our guests at the centre of everything you do, making them smile, laugh, and have a fantastic time whilst they stay with us!
