Job Purpose:
We are looking for a co-ordinator with the expertise and talent to support the Director of DLO with logistics and fleet management, however we would also cross training all coordination roles with existing co-ordinators, this would include dispatch, prepulls and civils.
You will be a natural communicator with the drive and mindset to support our inhouse Engineers who operate a fleet of vehicles across the UK. You will need to have excellent attention to detail, data entry skills, excel competence, great communications and relationship management skills and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Managing day to day queries
Data entry in both systems and excel
Checking driver uploads for consistency and unreported damages.
Checking mileage report of vehicles
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of vehicle inspections and services
Being there for our Engineers when they need help
Ensure stock is controlled and accounted for
Engineers have everything they need and audits are being carried out correctly.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Reporting to the Director and working with other departments like Fleet and logistics a coordinator will perform day to day transactional duties to support our teams who are building a fibre network throughout the UK.
You will help support engineers with vehicle servicing reporting of issues, working with the fleet team to off hire or hire new vehicles, work with logistics in ordering and replacing tooling and actively tracking all data around these activities..
You will keep systems and trackers up to date. You will be obsessed with detail, data entry and accuracy and have a knack for keeping our engineers happy and informed.
