Our direct sales team are responsible for ensuring profitable growth through a professional, direct sales service to new and existing customers, identifying opportunities sell services that will meet their needs.
To be successful in this team you'll need to have a demonstrable sales background and a proven track record of high frequency outbound telephone skills.

The Role
This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we are hiring an additional 4 Direct Sales Executives to help us continue this success. This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people.
Reporting to the Senior Direct Sales Executive, you will provide an outbound telesales function to targeted potential new customers as well as existing customers.
You will also:
Resolve any actions arising from your customer contact and use this as a platform for growth
Maintain a daily customer tracker, ensuring daily completion
Complete agreed action plans to call customers with clear, concise and accurate information regarding our products and services
Communicate our brand identity and values
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across the company

To be successful as our Direct Sales Executive, you'll have experience within an outbound sales function and be able to demonstrate your ability to outperform targets. You're driven, tenacious and able to close business opportunities whilst keeping customer's needs uppermost in your mind.

Able to identify customer needs and deliver outstanding levels of customer satisfaction
A self-starter - able to deliver high quality standards and exceed target requirements

Sales focussed - promoting products and services that meet customer needs
