Job Summary


Due to client demand and a recent expansion to Birmingham. We are seeking positive and proactive Direct Sales & Marketing Representatives to join our sales team as we aim to revolutionise the existing market and offer new exciting products which have not previously been available throughout the West Midlands. This role involves engaging with potential clients, promoting our products and services through face to face with a highly competitive comparison platform to promote a wide range of Broad Band internet, Gas & Electric energy and mobile phone deals all through a single platform, whilst building strong relationships to drive business growth. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, learning and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Direct sales experience is an advantage although training and mentorship programs are available. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to develop their sales career within a supportive organisation. Successful candidates generate advance incomes through bonuses and uncapped commissions on every converted customer and be part of a proven winning team. Duties



Identify and approach prospective clients through direct outreach, including face-to-face meetings through personal connection with customers continue to desire as we simplify all other digital communication channels. Present and demonstrate products or services effectively to meet client needs and promote the very best packages available on the market. Develop customised proposals tailored to client requirements, highlighting the benefits of our offerings. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities. Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and optimise strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.

Experience



Proven experience in face to face sales or direct sales roles is preferred. Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights effectively. Familiarity using hand held iPads or tablets for data entry and CRM platforms is advantageous. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a professional demeanour. Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively within a team environment.
