We are seeking a self-starter, with great communication & sales skills, you should be a persuasive 'people-person' that enjoys dealing with customers requirements, wants and needs, whilst looking to stretch your business development potential to the next level.

Your Path to Success

You will be trained on our product range, finance facilities and the company heritage, allowing you to be confident in our products and the support of Wombourne Windows, helping your customers to make informed decisions for their family and family home.

The Role:

Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their own homes Using your sales knowledge to work within our current conversion targets Using a consultative approach with your customers offering help, advice and solutions whilst discussing Wombourne Windows products and services, allowing cross-selling of products as and where appropriate You will work with your customers to meet their unique requirements

Are you

A self-motivated and confident communicator, with a variety of customers with many at a senior level.

Proactive and results-driven Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar!) A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car
