Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Fundraiser Team Leader / Campaign Manager to join our Bristol based team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of fundraising professionals, driving sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients and charities. Your expertise in fundraising, sales and relationship management will be crucial in building our operation achieving targets and enhancing our brand presence.

The Role



Here at Connect Worldwide, we are looking for fundraising team leaders & campaign managers to join our Bristol based operation. As a leader, you need to be able to support and grow a successful team of fundraisers who will be engaging with the general public inspiring them to support some of the biggest household name charities in the UK. Our teams come from a variety of different working backgrounds but we do have one thing in common. We are all incredibly passionate about the work that we do here and it motivates us to do the best job we possibly can.

Essential experience:



Experience in Direct Sales - generally
Experience in dealing with the Public face to face
Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative
Face-to-face fundraising experience.
Experience in Events / PS / Venue sales specifically / D2D
