Duties



Identify and approach prospective clients through direct outreach and networking. Present and demonstrate our products or services effectively to potential customers. Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company policies. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using IT systems. Develop customised solutions to meet client needs while ensuring customer satisfaction. Drive to client locations as required, managing time efficiently to maximise sales opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services post-sale. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.

Experience



Proven experience in B2C sales or direct sales roles is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Demonstrable customer service experience with a focus on building long-term relationships. Own vehicle. Valid driving licence and comfortable with regular travel between client sites. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively. Previous experience in sales involving negotiation, driving, or customer engagement will be required. Pay: 100,000.00-150,000.00 per year
