Build and lead the newly formed Glasgow Business Architecture team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
Develop team capability and culture through training, mentoring, and a focus on high-impact delivery.
Shape and drive the bank's group-wide process transformation and automation strategy (as part of the Bank's 3 year strategy), including executive and board-level engagement and reporting.
Oversee and deliver global and local process transformation engagements across all parts of the Group, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Lead high-impact process optimization engagements that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and risk management.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment, influence, and engagement.
