Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance collaboration and drive sales. Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring favourable terms for the organisation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with marketing, product development, and customer service initiatives. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making. Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and forecasts for senior management.

Skills



Proven experience in business development or sales management within a relevant industry. Strong understanding of Salesforce software for managing client relationships and tracking sales performance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. Exceptional analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
