Davies is seeking a new Consulting Director- CLM to join our team on a permanent basis within our Banking and Markets Team in London. This individual will be responsible for strengthening our consulting practice and driving growth within the UK market. We are looking for someone with a wealth of experience, a strong network, and innovative approaches that align with our strategic objectives. The right candidate will help expand our client base and enhance our service offerings.

Objectives


The primary objectives of hiring a new Director are:Client Acquisition: Increase our client base within the first 18 months Revenue: Generate 1,000,000 in revenue within the first 18 month Client Delivery: Lead engagements without Partner oversight


Responsibilities Include





The consulting industry in the UK is highly competitive and rapidly evolving. To remain at the forefront, we need a Consulting Director who can:Leverage extensive industry experience and networks to acquire new clients. Lead high-impact consulting projects and deliver exceptional value to clients. Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities. Foster innovation and implement best practices across the consulting practice. Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery. Develop and executing business development strategies to attract new clients. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders. Identify and capitalize on market trends to expand service offerings. Mentor and develop junior consultants to build a strong, capable team.
