CRS are working with a leading debt fund who are recruiting a Director to join their expanding team. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in a highly regarded platform focused on providing finance for event-driven and venture capital-backed transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead origination, structuring and execution of event-driven and venture-backed financing transactions Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, advisors, and management teams Oversee financial and credit analysis to support investment decisions Drive portfolio management and play an active role in strategic fund development Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance culture

Candidate Profile:

Significant experience in banking, leveraged finance, private credit or debt advisory Proven track record in originating and executing complex debt transactions Strong leadership, relationship management, and negotiation skills Commercially minded with the ability to identify and capture opportunities Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to shape the future growth of the platform
