JOB SUMMARY

CBRE UK & Ireland\'s Contracted Accounts business provides a range of complex real estate services to clients covering account management, transaction management and portfolio services (which includes lease admin, estates management and client accounting). CBRE\'s Digital & Technology (D&T) organization is looking to improve and strengthen its level of collaboration and interaction with this business together with the UK\'s Core Advisory service lines.

The role will be the technology leader for this business and the single point of contact for the account teams and the leadership group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will encompass the complete occupier engagement lifecycle including the Point of Sale / RFP process, support for the transition or migration of new Occupier clients onto the CBRE platform as well as supporting the ongoing BAU and Transformation activities.

Point of Sale / RFP
  • Help bring strategic product and technology leadership our clients at the point of sale.
  • Support the client account teams in translating client Requirements into a proposed Technology Response which is 100% aligned with CBRE\'s overall Digital & Technology strategy.
  • Working with the global producer teams you will take ownership of the overall Solution Discovery & Design and product/tool selection for end-to-end client lifecycle.
  • Responsible for the review and sign off of all proposed technical solutions before they are presented to the client.
  • You will Ensure that all client solutions align to CBRE standards and industry best practice.
  • You will act as backup support for all Information Security based activities.
  • Where required, engage in technical workshop discussions with the client to identify any technology nuances around the requirements and the proposed solution.
  • Attend client pitches/presentations to socialise CBRE\'s overall Operational Platform Vision
Client Transitions (Onboarding)
  • Own the delivery of all products in co-ordination with the global teams.
  • Responsibility for facilitating the stand-up of proposed technology solutions.
  • Review and approve all project plans before any client commitments are made.
  • Help facilitate clear and timely communication between the account team and the various technology transition activities.
  • Where possible, You will attend all account transitions meetings and act as Single Point of Contact for all things technology - both product and non-product related.
  • Attend all Client Transition Steer-Co calls
BAU & Transformation
  • Act as single Technology Product Point of Contact for the UK & Ireland Advisory & Technology business
  • Provide guidance and visibility on all technology product roadmaps - what is available NOW and what will be available NEXT and LATER.
  • Assist the CBRE Account Teams in aligning their Account Roadmaps to the product roadmaps.
  • Liaise with the wider CBRE technology Community to facilitate better communication and collaboration.
  • Act as governance layer for ALL technology related requests originating across the business verticals - both account and non-account related.
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

In addition there will be a series of general Leadership responsibilities including:
  • Be an active and valuable member of EMEA Business Leadership Group and participant in governance meetings
  • Mobilises and ensures cross product team implementation is successful, supporting Account and Client leads throughout the process, in alignment with business change management plans
  • Attend Account Team meetings to promote, explain and demo new and existing technology tools
  • Communicate relevant updates from the Technology Portfolio Council meetings
  • Ensure the Tech Stack supports the business requirements associated with the client scope and outcomes including governance and management of data and reporting.
