YOUR ROLE
The Enterprise Sales Director, EMEA, will be a strategic commercial leader with a strong understanding of software infrastructure technologies across multiple industry sectors. This role requires a proven sales professional with a deep background in enterprise technology and a track record of driving sustained revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing regional sales strategies, building long-term customer and partner relationships, and driving new business opportunities. The focus will be on leveraging Wind River's real-time, highly secure infrastructure and application toolchains across bare metal and cloud-native environments to deliver measurable value to enterprise customers.
This role will oversee the Enterprise business across EMEA, excluding Strategic Telco, Aerospace, Defence, and Automotive accounts.
Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aligned with Wind River's EMEA growth objectives.
  • Identify and target high-value opportunities across priority markets and verticals
  • Customer & Partner Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level customer relationships to position Wind River as a trusted partner.
  • Develop and expand a partner ecosystem that enhances market presence and solution delivery.
  • Business Development & Growth
  • Drive pipeline creation and acceleration, ensuring consistent delivery of revenue targets.
  • Position Wind River solutions as enablers of business transformation, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing enterprise sales team across EMEA.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Ensure customer needs are translated into secure, performant solutions that deliver tangible ROI.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and services teams to ensure market alignment and customer success.
Skills & Experience Required
  • 10-15 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated success leading regional sales teams in high-performance commercial environments.
  • Strong business development and account management skills, with proven experience in building long-term executive relationships.
  • Solid understanding of software infrastructure technologies, including secure, real-time, and cloud-native environments.
  • Experience in creating and executing go-to-market strategies across complex, multi-country regions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
