The Director, Market Access Oncology for New Products (Hematology) will be responsible for the development of the long-term Global Pricing/Access Strategies for our Hematology new products portfolio.

In this capacity, the candidate will lead all Oncology global market access and pricing activities, including asset access strategy work, development of payer value proposition messages as well as payer value tools.

The candidate will work closely with Center for Observational and Real-World Evidence (CORE) teams to ensure all clinical trials include the appropriate design input needed for successful reimbursement and ensure alignment across Clinical, as well as with Commercial teams on pricing & reimbursement strategies, product positioning and impact assessments on of competitive pricing/access activities. The candidate will also collaborate with Policy on key external initiatives to shape the broader access and pricing environment to appropriately value new indications and products, and provide guidance to Global Pricing, when needed, on PARFs with regards to specific indications and/or new products. The candidate will also be involved in business development assessment projects on an ad-hoc basis, and will be expected to provide expert insights into pricing and reimbursement effort during the evaluation process.

The position will include, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

Actively collaborate with the global functions including Oncology Global Market Access and Pricing Team, Oncology Global Marketing team, Global Pricing, CORE, Policy, Medical Affairs and the US & ex-US Regional Oncology Payer Strategy teams, to provide critical market access viewpoints across stakeholder work streams.

Plan for various landscape and pricing research to support pricing set up of new products in US and ex-US key countries.

Manage analysis and price forecasting of Oncology Brands and Business Development Opportunities.

Work closely with the cross-functional teams to develop payer value proposition and scientific narratives.

Develop and launch efficient payer value tool for launch products.

Serve as active standing member for Value Evidence Sub Team (VEST) teams and ad-hoc member for Pharmaceutical Development/ Early Development teams.

Monitor Oncology global competitors and comparator prices, and implement innovative global access/pricing strategies for new products.

Education Minimum Requirement:

Bachelor\'s degree in a Business or Science related discipline

Master\'s degree (MBA/MS) or other post-graduate Degree preferred

Required Experience and Skill:

7 years experience in marketing, market research, pricing/ reimbursement, outcomes research or managed markets or business development

Knowledgeable about product development and commercialization process

Understanding of the global payer environment and perspectives

Proven success working within large and complex strategic initiatives

Experience successfully leading cross functional matrix teams

Strong financial and analytical skills

Strong project management and implementation/operational skills

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Strong commercial orientation and business acumen

Strategic thinking and integration skills

Preferred Experience and Skills:

5 years in oncology and/or market access & pricing and business development

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5,2023 our U.S. Hybrid work model will be as follows: 1. Three total days on site per week: Tuesday and Wednesday \xe2\x80\x93 plus one additional day of choice based on what works best for organizations and/or teams. 2. Fridays will formally be a remote-working day unless business critical tasks require onsite presence.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate\xe2\x80\x99s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range: $175,440.00 - $276,200.00
