Director of Games & Competitions Marketing
to lead our cross-market strategy -- spanning paid acquisition, CRM, and retention across diverse markets.
In this role, you'll: Drive scalable digital marketing strategies across multiple regulated markets
Work hand-in-hand with local marketing teams and our central digital hub
Own performance KPIs and optimize the customer lifecycle
Influence stakeholders at SVP, CMO, and CEO levels across countries
Help us build a best-in-class marketing function from the ground up
You'll thrive here if you: Have 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in performance and lifecycle marketing
Know your way around iGaming, lotteries, betting, or regulated consumer apps
Can lead without direct reports and operate comfortably in a matrix setup
Love data but lead with impact - balancing numbers with commercial intuition
Remote-first, occasional travel to London or market hubs. Be the one to shape the future of consumer entertainment across Europe.
