Mimecast is hiring a Director to lead our GTM Manager Enablement strategy. This newly created role owns the multi-year vision, roadmap, and execution for upskilling our front-line sales (and adjacent GTM) managers globally. You will build and lead a high-performance program, integrate AI and agentic capabilities into manager workflows at scale, and partner with executive stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, pipeline health, productivity, and team performance. This role is pivotal in advancing our enablement maturity during a critical phase of business transformation.

+ Build a multi-year program portfolio that integrates onboarding, continuous development, and role-based progression for managers at scale.
Executive and Cross-Functional Leadership + Partner with senior leaders (Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, HR/People, RevOps) to align on competencies, success metrics, and change plans; chair a cross-functional steering committee to govern priorities and adoption.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to VP+ stakeholders; translate business strategy into enablement plans and influence decisions through data-driven insights.
AI Strategy and Agentic Enablement at Scale + Architect and govern the AI/agentic roadmap for manager enablement (e.g., coaching copilots, intelligent prompts, content retrieval, action recommendations), ensuring security, privacy, and efficacy.
+ Operationalize AI inside manager workflows with clear use cases, adoption plans, measurement, and continuous improvement loops.
Learning Architecture, Content, and Delivery Ecosystem + Set the learning architecture and content governance for manager enablement (playbooks, toolkits, job aids, role-practice, e-learning, on-demand resources).
+ Orchestrate scaled delivery through blended modalities (in-person, virtual, on-demand, cohort-based), leveraging internal team, field leaders, and vendors. Personally facilitate select executive or strategic sessions.
Outcomes, Analytics, and ROI + Define and own KPIs that link manager effectiveness to business results (e.g., forecast accuracy, stage conversion, deal velocity, attainment, new manager time-to-productivity, retention/engagement, coaching quality).

Change Leadership and Field Adoption + Lead enterprise change plans for new processes, tools, and methodologies; drive adoption through enablement, communications, and manager community-of-practice.

Demonstrated experience integrating generative AI and agentic workflows into field execution; ability to set governance and measure impact at scale. Executive presence and advisory capability with VP/SVP/CRO stakeholders; strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Scaled, repeatable operating rhythms embedded in the field (pipeline/forecast reviews, performance management cadence).
