We are seeking an accomplished Director/Head of Project Management to provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to our client\'s project management division. This role is of paramount importance to the growth and success of the business, and it offers a unique opportunity to shape the consultancy\'s future and lead a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and shape the project management division, overseeing all aspects of project delivery within the real estate sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth, enhance client relationships, and expand service offerings.
  • Provide visionary leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project managers and senior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, securing major projects and nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Lead business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new clients, projects, and revenue streams.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of the built environment to provide expert guidance and solutions on complex and strategic projects.
  • Drive operational excellence, monitor project progress, budget management, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 15 years\' experience in project management roles within a UK-based construction consultancy, with a strong focus on the real estate sector.
  • Proven experience in senior leadership positions, managing project management teams and overseeing multiple complex projects.
  • Extensive experience in CA (Contract Administration) and EA (Employer\'s Agent) roles.
  • Highly desirable qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM.
  • Strong understanding of construction industry best practices and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business development efforts, secure major projects, and expand client portfolios.
  • A strategic mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction, team development, and company growth.
