The Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the Senior Vice President, Corporate & External Affairs, and the Executive Vice President, Legal & Group General Counsel.
This role provides HR leadership and expertise to support business priorities, drive talent strategies, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
As a key member of the Corporate & External Affairs and Legal leadership teams, the HRBP proactively partners with senior leaders to ensure a high performing, engaged workforce that enables business success. The role aligns HR solutions with business needs, ensuring strategic workforce planning, talent development, and culture initiatives support the companys long-term goals.
The role reports to the Executive Director, HRBP Enabling Functions.
