Job Summary:

As a Director at SRS, you will shape strategic objectives and provide exceptional client service, as well as collaborate on business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Attend Board Meetings as a Director of the Company Contribute towards the company's strategic objectives and policies Ensure that SRS is perceived as a professional organisation Supervise, manage and mentor staff, helping the company to meet its goals Ensure business operations comply with established procedures and regulations Provide exceptional client service across a portfolio of clients assigned to you Ensure all client SLAs and management agreement requirements are met Responsibility that all clients within your portfolio comply with legal, regulatory, compliance and corporate governance expectations and are working with the Company's Compliance Officer, MLCO and MLRO appropriately Work with the senior management team on business development initiatives and new business opportunities.

SRS provides financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and program management services to captive insurance companies. We operate throughout Europe, the United States and in offshore domiciles (Barbados, Bermuda, and the Cayman Islands).
