The Company and Our Vision



Allpropertyclaims is an FCA regulated niche business headquartered in London providing an end to end service for property owners to make a claim to their insurance company for water damage, leaks and fire damage in the Greater London area. We will survey and assess, present the claim then negotiate a settlement after which we will carry out restoration and reinstatement works with our panel contractors. We are a highly skilled team known and established in the industry for 14 years providing excellent service and concrete results for our customers.

Having proven our business model in the London area we wish to expand our reach nationally by establishing regional offices in a rollout program over the next 5 years.

Each regional office will be served by a dedicated surveyor and contracts manager along with a local repair network. Claims will be dealt with centrally.

An opening has now been created for a seasoned property claims and/or insurance repairs expert to spearhead the rollout.

National Roll-Out



The roll-out will be accomplished with a surveyor/contracts manager who will be based at head office but spend 3 days per week at the local region. The business development , claims management and support functions for each region will be centrally based

Specifically the role will be to :

Implement the setting up of regional servicing areas across the UK using the existing business model and processes Hire surveyors/ contract managers for each region starting with a pilot service area for Birmingham Liase with the company's third party supplier Yell to oversee the digital marketing campaign for the regions to ensure an adequate flow of inbound enquiries Oversee the BDM's activity to ensure an adequate conversion of inbound enquiries to grow sales in the regions in line with company targets. Create referral networks for the regions to generate inbound leads Source local subcontractors for each office according to the company's existing guidelines and selection criteria Oversee and control all client cases for each region working closely with the surveyor/ contracts manager and the claims managers to ensure client cases are progressing smoothly

In depth experience of managing property damage claims from cradle to grave in a senior position Ability to strictly implement the company's processes for each region, control activities which affect the outcome of claims and property repairs and to be accountable for the results Ability to envision and mentor our teams to problem-solve, produce excellent performance and results for the regions Entrepreneurship and proven experience of growing a business nationally

Training Provided



You will be inducted in all the processes, techniques and know-how of how we deal with client cases across the entire claims journey, how to deal with problem scenarios and find solutions.

The Opportunity and Where You Might Be Currently Working



This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enterprising individual with in-depth knowledge of property insurance claims to take on overall responsibility for an established business, work with the owner to control and grow the business and reap significant rewards.

The position requires the successful candidate to work closely with company shareholder with a view to progressing to director level and potential for profit-share.

The successful candidate will be working for

- an insurance repair network at director level as a senior operations / business development manager

- a senior project manager or director in a loss adjusting firm dealing with large property damage losses and with hands on experience of building repairs

- a business development and operations director of a building repair business where the business has started to grow nationally with a general knowledge of the insurance claims process
