PATRIZIA UK currently manages assets totalling around 6 billion. Our assets have profiles ranging from core to value-add, in all of the primary real estate sectors. Our activities include acquisition, asset management, repositioning, (re)development and disposal of real estate.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Investment Management in the UK, the role will be based in Warrington and is responsible for enhancing the performance of the portfolio at Birchwood Park through sustainable strategies and by leveraging PATRIZIA's unique capabilities, while reporting into the London office.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the strategy for assets in the portfolio at Birchwood Park
  • Proactively manage assets including repurposing/repositioning
  • Manage and maintain strong personal relations with stakeholders, including investors and tenants
  • Optimise lettings within the portfolio
  • Monitor relevant asset KPIs
  • Assess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations
  • Proactively drive (digital & technical) innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolio
  • Identify attractive opportunities and understand market trends
  • Review and challenge valuations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Fund Managers, ESG Team)
  • Steer and monitor external partners (e.g., Property Managers, Letting Agents, Lawyers)
Key Requirements/ Skills/ Experience:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree preferably in real estate, law or business economics
  • Minimum 5 years' work experience in real estate
  • Affinity with transactions and/or asset management
  • Understanding of financial practices applied to real estate
  • Well informed on legislation applicable to real estate
  • Good knowledge of the UK real estate markets and relevant network
  • Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
  • Resilient and well organised multi-tasker and team player
  • Proactive, flexible and assertive
