A rare and outstanding opportunity has arisen for a senior residential property lawyer to join a fast growing firm in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. This role is ideal for an existing partner or a seasoned Senior Associate or Legal Director who is ready to step into a strategic leadership role within a well-structured and highly respected firm.

This is more than a fee-earning role -- you will be at the forefront of managing and developing a high-performing residential property team. The successful candidate will bring not only technical excellence and commercial acumen but also a proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop others. You will take ownership of team performance, support junior lawyers and conveyancers through mentoring and supervision, and drive operational effectiveness across the department.

You'll also play a key part in shaping the future of the team through strategic planning, resourcing, and business development. Success in this role has a clear path to equity ownership in the wider group.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 75,000.00 per year
